Dave Blumenthal designed and fabricated a series of custom cabinets and built-ins for the Think! Cafe at the ECHO Science Center in Burlington, Vermont. Materials include FSC birch plywood, Paperstone counters, and reclaimed aluminum and dyed strawboard accents. The heart of the project is a dedicated recycling station that allows cafe visitors to weigh their waste and properly sort it. Check it out!

Dave Blumenthal was invited to be an Artist in Residency at the Carving Studio and Sculpture Center in West Rutland, Vermont. Dave was also invited to show a new site specific sculptural work, entitled Birds in the Gantry.

Dave Blumenthal was commissioned by Burlington City Arts to design and install a set of display frames for showing artwork in city hall. See the frames and current artwork in the basement level of city hall, right on Church Street in Burlington.
